My approach embraces an integrative framework.
The purpose of an integrative approach is to put forward the opportunity to view your circumstances from a different perspective which offers you the flexibility needed to move forwards towards your personal goals.
I will actively listen and help you to explore the nature of the concerns that are causing you distress or anxiety with a view to helping you to challenge and reflect on your experiences in the context of the past as well as the present.
