I’m Judy

I have over 22 years’ experience of working with a broad range of clients, including those who find social communication and interaction challenging.

Our Approach

My approach embraces an integrative framework.

The purpose of an integrative approach is to put forward the opportunity to view your circumstances from a different perspective which offers you the flexibility needed to move forwards towards your personal goals.

I will actively listen and help you to explore the nature of the concerns that are causing you distress or anxiety with a view to helping you to challenge and reflect on your experiences in the context of the past as well as the present.

Everyone has a light  bulb moment in time. I see it in my clients faces when they work out what steps they need to take next, to move forward to the new phase of their lives.
